Payment Options

Important Policy Change Effective 7/9/2008

Please note these changes:

We do not accept personal checks. Due to the large amount of personal checks still being sent to our company, we are issuing additional processing fees.

If we receive a personal check there will be an additional $25 fee charged to your account.

If we receive a personal check and it does not clear the bank, there will be an additional $50 fee charged to your account.

You will be billed for these additional charges.

Alternative Options: We will be happy to collect C.O.D. from the borrowers at the time of inspection in the form of cash, cashiers check, or money order. Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards at this time.

We understand that every company has its own way of doing business. This is never more evident than in how you choose to pay for our services. We’re committed to doing business with you on the most favorable terms. Thus, we offer several options for payment.When ordering, you can choose any of the following:                        

Check or Money Order – Please ensure that all checks are made payable to our company. We do Not accept personal checks.

 COD – Let us know that we can pick up payment when we inspect the property. COD payment options include; cash, cashiers check, and money orders. If necessary, we will accept personal checks but this will delay the report until the check clears the bank, which can take up to a week.

 Net 60 – Frequent customers can arrange for payment terms by contacting our billing department.

PayPal – We do NOT accept paypal payments at this time

Credit Card – We do NOT accept credit card payments at this time.
